Most of our clients come to us because a friend or family member told them to. When someone you introduce settles a home loan with us, you get a $250 gift card and they get $100. Car, asset and business loans earn you $100.
How it works
1. Ask them first
Check your friend is happy for Shaheera to call. You're making an introduction, nothing more. You don't need to know anything about their finances.
2. Send us their number
Your name and mobile, their name and mobile, what they're after. Shaheera rings them, usually the same day, and tells them you sent them.
3. Gift cards when it settles
If the loan settles, a digital gift card lands in your inbox within seven business days. For a home loan, your friend gets one too.

Been referred by someone?
You don't need this form. Book a chat or call 0452 560 098 and tell Shaheera who sent you. Our service is free to you either way, and the gift card comes out of our marketing budget, never your loan.
The rules, in plain English
Anyone over 18 living in Australia can refer, whether or not you've been a client. The person you refer has to be new to us: not someone we're already talking to, and not you or anyone on your own loan application.
The reward is paid when the loan settles. For a home loan that means a new loan or a refinance of $250,000 or more that settles within twelve months of the day you send the referral. Car, asset and business loans have no minimum but the same twelve-month window. One reward per referred person, however many loans they end up doing.
Gift cards are digital, sent by email or text within seven business days of settlement. They can't be swapped for cash. If a reward ends up being taxable in your hands, that's yours to sort out; we don't give tax advice.
You're introducing a friend, not advising them. Please don't tell them what they'll be approved for, collect any documents, or fill in anything on their behalf. We will do all of that with them directly. When she first calls, she'll tell them you gave us their number and that you may receive a gift card if the loan settles. That's a requirement of the credit rules, and it's also just fair.
Only refer people you know and who've said yes to a call. If a referral looks like a mailing list, a business arrangement or anyone who hasn't agreed to be contacted, we'll decline it. If you find yourself referring people as a business, get in touch about our referral partner program instead, which runs under a written agreement.
Every loan is subject to the lender's assessment and our responsible lending obligations. A referral doesn't change whether someone qualifies. We may change or end the program with notice on this page; referrals already sent stay on the terms that applied when you sent them.
